Join our session where Yadwinder Kallah, an employment services team leader with Vecova, will talk about the organization's services for immigrant women.
Yadwinder will speak on the following topics:
1. Assessment and planning through career exploration and individual supports.
2. Job search and skills training.
3. Workplace experience opportunities and ongoing one-on-one mentorship.
4. On-the-job and retention supports, including workplace integration.
