Workshop: Winter Driving Safety for Newcomers

This workshop will start with a complimentary 30-minute Welcome Orientation Session. During this time, you will learn about Calgary, and find out how to access free services and programs.

Starting at 12 noon, you will meet with a Driver Education Instructor from the Alberta Motor Association (AMA), to learn about safe winter driving.

It will also cover:

• Preparing your vehicle for winter driving
• Tips for preventing common issues, such as skidding and running off the road
• A question-and-answer time with the driving instructor
