  • Pre-Arrival Services for New Immigrants from Greater China Region

     We are pleased to announce that Immigrant Services Calgary (ISC) has joined partnership with Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre (OCCSC) and Immigrant Services Society of BC (ISS of BC) at Vancouver to provide Pre-Arrival Services for new immigrants who are moving from Greater China Region, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

    Immigrant Services Calgary (ISC) is delighted to announce the recipients of the 20th Annual Immigrants of Distinction Awards.

    The 2016 Immigrants of Distinction Awards gala was held last Friday, March 11, 2016 at the Westin Calgary Hotel to celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of immigrants to Calgary.

  • Syrian Refugees – How can you help?

     As the Government of Canada is taking immediate action to welcome 25,000 Syrian refugees to Canada, Immigrant Services Calgary is also preparing to welcome Syrian refugees to our community. The government will identify all 25,000 refugees to come to Canada by December 31, 2015. Of those selected, the target is to have 10,000 refugees arrive in Canada by the end of this year, and the remainder to arrive by the end of February 2016.
